AVOJ Guidelines and Policy
1.Any attempt at decryption, stealing, or resale is considered unauthorized and will result in immediate license revocation. AVOJ will take legal action against such violations if necessary.
2. Refund procedures for Tebex products must be discussed with our support team or Tebex support, and refunds are issued by the Tebex platform.
3. AVOJ retains intellectual property rights over any custom commissioned project and only sells a user license to the commissionee.
4. Any product from AVOJ will be encrypted using Keymaster/Escrow, whether it's a custom commission, a modification of our released products, or any Tebex store items. AVOJ has no plans to sell any open, decrypted products.
5. The preferred channel for communication or support requests is our server.
6. As AVOJ is based in Nigeria , support for tickets is available during WAT(Lagos timezone) working hours. Response time during nighttime and holidays may be slower or not guaranteed.
7. AVOJ reserves the right to remove any license for a product due to violations.
8. License recovery matters must be discussed directly with Tebex or CFX support, following new measures introduced by Tebex.
9. AVOJ will not be held responsible for copyrighted trademark use in Tebex products after purchase, as texture files and images can be modified by customers. No product containing a copyrighted trademark will be sold by AVOJ .
10. AVOJ will not issue refunds if the customer transferred the license to the wrong Keymaster account or in the case of the impossibility to transfer the asset. No refund will be issued if the server owner uses a shared/rented/non-official server key.
11. Support is provided only for problems related to our products and is not guaranteed if third-party products/gameserver architectures/gamemodes cause issues.
12. Chargeback attempts will result in license revocation, and no refund will be issued by AVOJ.
13. Customers not complying with our support team and impeding issue resolution won't be assisted and will be redirected to Tebex support.
14. To receive a refund, the Tebex transaction ID of the related purchase is mandatory.
15. Gift cards are not refundable after the credit has been used.
16. AVOJ is not liable for any damage caused by a license interruption.
17. AVOJ will not share customer information without permission or a valid legal reason.
18. Unless specified in the features of our Tebex products, no script is included (job system, map management, prop interactions, others).
